NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT POSTED: TUESDAY, JUNE 12, 2018 The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is adopting the CFP 5-Year Action Plan, amendments to the 5-year PHA Plan, and the 2018 PHA Annual Plan because it was a successful applicant in the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), per the guidelines of PIH Notice 2012-32, REV-1 and any successor Notices. The current and future Capital Fund Program Grants Budgets’ will be used in the conversion of any projects to RAD. Per HUD regulations, these proposed significant changes will be available for public review and comment for forty-five (45) days, June 12, 2018 to July 27, 2018. A copy of the proposed significant changes and the Annual Plan will be available at the main office located at 1611 N. Robison Road, Texarkana TX 75501, and at the property management offices. We encourage and ask all residents to review these changes and make comments or suggestions. Please make all comments regarding the draft in writing and mail or deliver to: Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas Re: Public Comment 1611 N. Robison Road Texarkana, TX 75501 Comments can be made anonymously, and all comments made within the forty-five (45) day time frame will be reviewed. The public review and comment period will end at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 27, 2018. No comments will be taken or reviewed if submitted or received after this date.
